This initiative definitely achieved this goal by the talent identified with the ABSA Under 11 6-A-Side School Challenge.
Our aim with the ABSA ‘All Star’ and ‘Winning Team’ is to let them become involved with various cricket events and also as official supporters of our local hero’s the Chevrolet Knights.
Free State Cricket Union would like to thank every school, parent, academy and sponsor that became involved. The feedback received from the young cricketers and regional school principals were very positive and we will surely look at doing this initiative on a annual basis.
